At Lansdowne Lane Quilts, LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom quilts that preserve your memories in a beautiful and lasting way. Below is an outline of our pricing structure, available upgrades, and policies to help you understand the cost and process of ordering your custom quilt.
Base Pricing
Our pricing is based on the size of the quilt and the number of t-shirts used in the design. Each quilt is carefully crafted with stabilizer, batting, and a high-quality premium cotton backing.

Available Upgrades
We offer a range of customization options to make your quilt even more special. These upgrades can be added to your order for an additional cost.
- Sashing/Additional Borders – Adds structure and a polished look to your quilt. +$75 – $200
- Custom Embroidery (Names/Dates) – Personalize your quilt with embroidered names, dates, or short messages. +$35 – $75 per section
- Rush Order Fee – Need your quilt faster? A 25% surcharge applies for rush orders completed in 4 weeks or less.
Payment & Deposit Policy
All custom quilts require a $250 non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping or pickup. We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and major credit cards. Sorry, no checks.
Turnaround Time
Once we receive your laundered apparel items, your quilt will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, unless a rush order is selected. Please note that we strive to complete all orders on time, but may ultimately complete your project ealier or later than anticipated. Depending on the time of year, rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping & Pickup
We offer nationwide shipping for an additional fee, or local pickup if you are nearby. Shipping costs will be calculated at final checkout based on your location and quilt size.
How to Order
- Select your quilt size and note any add-ons. We will confirm during our planning call that will be scheduled after your deposit is received.
- Place your order and submit the required deposit.
- Ship or drop off your laundered apparel (please follow these t-shirt preparation instructions).
- We create your quilt and send you updates throughout the process.
- Once completed, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance.
- After final payment, your quilt will be shipped or made available for pickup!
