We work with a variety of fabrics—including cotton, knit, and performance wear—to ensure each piece of your story is preserved.

Every quilt is custom-made with care and designed to showcase your favorite memories. We pay close attention to every detail—cutting, stitching, and quilting—so your finished quilt reflects high-quality craftsmanship that lasts.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order

A $250 deposit is required to begin the ordering process and reserve your production slot.

2. Prepare Your Garments

Your finished quilt may be washed in the future, so all garments must be washed together before you send them. Please wash using your preferred detergent without fabric softener, and dry them on the highest heat setting without dryer sheets.

3. Design & Creation

Once we receive your garments, we will plan a layout that highlights each piece’s unique story. We will connect with you via email, phone, and/or video to finalize the design, discuss optional upgrades, and provide a more accurate cost estimate.

4. Completion Timeline

The quilting process typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from the time your garments arrive. We will keep you updated throughout the process, and you are always welcome to reach out with questions. Please note that timelines may vary based on workload or unforeseen circumstances.

Deposit & Payment Terms

Because memory quilts are fully custom-made, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin your project. The remaining balance is due once your quilt is complete and before shipping or pickup. Multiple payment methods are accepted. Shipping & Pick-Up

Actual shipping and handling charges are calculated once your quilt is complete and will be added to your final invoice. Local pick-up or delivery within Loudoun County, Virginia, is always free.
