Custom Memory Quilt 

Transform your cherished apparal items into a one-of-a-kind memory quilt! Whether it’s your child’s sports jerseys, band tees, college shirts, or other special garments, I will carefully craft them into a beautiful and cozy keepsake you can treasure for years to come. I work with a variety of fabrics, including cotton, knit, and performance wear, ensuring that each piece of your story is preserved.

Each quilt is custom-made with care, designed to showcase your favorite memories. I pay close attention to every detail—cutting, stitching, and quilting to ensure high-quality craftsmanship that lasts.

How It Works:

1. Place Your Order: A $250 deposit is required to begin the process.
2. Prepare Your Fabrics: Please launder all shirts, jersey’s, etc. without fabric softeners or dryer sheets and dry them on the highest heat setting before sending them.
3. Design & Creation: Once I receive your garments, I’ll plan the layout to highlight each piece’s unique story. I will schedule a time to connect with you to finalize the design, discuss optional upgrades, and provide a more accurate cost estimate.
4. No Rush Completion Timeline: The quilting process still takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks from the time your garments arrive. I’ll keep you updated on progress along the way. Please note that completion times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Deposit & Payment Terms: Since memory quilts are custom, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required before starting your project. 6. Shipping/Pick-Up: Actual shipping and handling charges will be calculated upon completion and added to the initial estimate. Local pick-up and delivery near my studio in Leesburg, Ashburn, or Sterling is always free.
